feasibility analysis

In order to increase the use of public transport, the following conditions should be fulfilled:

  • a simpler and faster licensing system
  • removing administrative barriers in the case of providing services in the other country (allowing cabotage)
  • enough and sufficient suppliers that provide interurban transport services
  • intention for cooperation between public transport suppliers in the two countries
  • properly qualified, bilingual experts
  • mutual exchange of information between the suppliers that own appropriate vehicle fleet
  • transport association between local governments and public transport suppliers on both sides of the border

To achieve the strategic objectives, it is necessary having preconditions and following up the correct implementation of processes that lead to success.

In order to show the level of extent how we approach to the strategic objective and to continuously monitor the realization of action plans a balanced scorecard is needed to be established. Our proposal for this is as follows:
